Service operator

Cali Flight Deals is a service operated by Ignite Media LLC. In these Terms, “Cali Flight Deals,” “CaliFlightDeals,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Ignite Media LLC operating the Cali Flight Deals service.

Fare information

Cali Flight Deals provides informational fare alerts. Prices and availability can change at any time. We do not sell flights and cannot guarantee that a fare remains available.

Booking

You are responsible for verifying dates, airports, baggage rules, restrictions, cancellation policies, and total prices with the airline or booking provider before purchasing.

Paid subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically according to the price and cadence disclosed at checkout until canceled. Trial terms, first-year promotional pricing, renewal pricing, and payment dates are shown before purchase.

Cancellation

You may cancel through the subscriber account portal. Cancellation prevents future renewal and does not retroactively refund charges unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

SMS program terms

When you voluntarily enter your mobile number and check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from CaliFlightDeals containing flight-deal alerts and related subscription information. Message frequency varies, up to 5 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

SMS opt-out and help

Reply STOP to any CaliFlightDeals text to unsubscribe from SMS. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message and no further marketing texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance or email support@califlightdeals.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery is subject to carrier availability and applicable wireless-service terms.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how CaliFlightDeals handles personal information and SMS opt-in data. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in records with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes, and do not send them to Meta for advertising. This commitment applies specifically to the SMS program; other permitted information uses, including advertising measurement and optimization, are described in the Privacy Policy.

Advertising and subscription choices

Advertising-data choices, email subscription, SMS participation and Premium membership are separate. Opting out at Your privacy choices does not unsubscribe you from email, cancel Premium, change checkout or withdraw SMS consent. Our Privacy Policy describes the scope of a browser choice and how to request a subscriber-wide choice. These Terms do not replace any separate consent required for a particular use.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. The updated date above identifies the latest version. Questions about these Terms or the SMS program may be sent to support@califlightdeals.com. Cali Flight Deals is operated by Ignite Media LLC.
